Orders received during the day through the website will be processed the following day and delivered within a maximum of 4 business days, between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Furniture orders will be delivered within a maximum of 6 business days. These points apply only to Metropolitan Lima.

Shipping costs are not included in our product prices and are as follows:

Metropolitan Lima:

• Zone 1: Lima, Breña, Jesús María, Pueblo Libre and La Victoria (15 soles)
• Zone 2: Magdalena, San Isidro, Miraflores, Surquillo, San Luis, Barranco and Chorrillos (15 soles)
• Zone 3: Surco, San Borja, La Molina, Ate and Santa Anita (30 soles)
• Zone 4: San Miguel, Callao (20 soles)

The cost of reshipping due to an incorrect address or absence at the scheduled delivery time will mean that the customer will be responsible for the reshipping cost, which will be the same amount quoted.
