As summer ends, the first apples appear in the gardens, and with them come the robins, with their brown feathers and red throats. Faced with the approaching arrival of winter, the little protagonist of this story builds them a little house to protect them from the cold; but just as she finishes it, a sudden storm breaks out. Reclaiming the legacy of Bruno Munari, Lucie Félix constructs a story in which simple geometric shapes give rise to a moving tale of a little girl's wonder at the cycles of nature. This work is fascinating with its use of paper and shapes and leaves us speechless before the fragile beauty of nature.
